On March 17-19, 2017, Logistic Manager of CRS participated in a three day workshop on ‘Consensus Forecasting and Quantification’ at Dalima Resort, Chitwan. The objective of the workshop was to determine the optimum quantity of commodity procurement for GoN, to overcome stock out and over stocks at different health counters and to minimize expiry of commodities. The workshop was useful to know about the commodities forecasting method in procurement system of the commodities.
