In May and June 2017, SHOPS Plus team visited two RAI districts - Bardiya and Jumla to observe CCA’s orientation meeting, conduct short interview with FCHVs, DC, SM, beneficiaries and DHO /DPHO visit of respective districts. The team observed the need of training materials revision while exploring new health topics that are not covered by FCHVs. They recommended to sensitize traditional healers/teachers and other opinion leader in communities, engage men and family members in RAI activities, use of radio to create greater awareness about RAI and also conduct periodic review meeting with key stakeholders.
