Quality of Care (QoC) of Sangini Outlets

For extensive assessment of CRS quality assurance systems of Sangini network, in December, 2016 and July, 2017, Ms. Christine Hunter of ACNM visited various Sangini outlets within and outside Kathmandu valley. She observed technical support visit (TSV) activities conducted by QA officers at the outlets of Nuwakot, Dhulikhel and Kathmandu valley. She also participated in Sangini Basic training to observe and explore quality assurance process and Sangini training activities. To improve the quality of Sangini outlets, and as per Hunter’s recommendation, CRS jointly with NFCC discussed and made changes in training module by including topics such as case studies and role plays as recommended to make training sessions more interactive.

Besides, CRS field officers also monitored 683 Sangini outlets in 10 districts during their regular field activities.
